What happens to what you send us.
This site is run by Sunspot Strategy. The only personal information it asks for is what you type into the “Book a call” form, and we only use it to get back to you.
What the form collects
- Your name, if you give it
- Your business name
- Your email address and/or phone number
- What’s piling up (the options you pick)
- Anything else you write in the message box
Why we collect it
To reply to you and set up a call. That’s it.
Where it’s kept
Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Like any website host, Cloudflare also handles basic technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and keep out abuse.
Who sees it
We never sell what you send us, and we never share it with anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to talk with you and, if we end up working together, to run that work. After that we delete it.
Asking us to delete it
Use the contact form on the home page and say you’d like your information deleted. Include the email or phone number you used before so we can find it.
Cookies and tracking
No ads and no tracking cookies. The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google’s servers for them when a page opens.
Changes
If this page changes, we’ll update the date at the top.
