Helped save millions of dollars, made the work run faster, oversaw new technology rollouts, and sat in on the pitch meetings where big decisions got made. Knows the data side as well as the operations side, with a proven track record of turning raw ideas into valuable business tools, and has director-level experience managing large teams and seven-figure P&Ls.

Designs it so people want to use it.

Studied fine art and business, then earned a Master of Science in Themed Experience from the University of Central Florida, taught by current and former Disney Imagineers: the craft of designing a place around how people move through it. Led the floor plan for a full ride concept, from the track to the back-of-house areas and the virtual queue, with accessible, sensory-safe spaces built into the story. Has run an independent art business since 2021.
